I must have an early night. I am determined to start digging (literally) tomorrow.
2.30am, Sunday, 6th Jan 2013. A report about obesity in the UK on BBC News. “The UK has the second highest level of obesity in the world. What is to be done about it?”
First, Burnham MP, Shadow Sec of Health, states that Food Companies must be forced to lower sugar levels etc. Secondly, Hunt MP, Sec of State for Health, says that voluntary agreements are better.
What do we observe by omission?
We observe that neither of them is able to consider the matter in terms other than “the masses”. The Masses of Fatties must be dealt with, one way or the other. There, friends, is the rub – “THE MASSES OF FATTIES MUST BE DEALT WITH, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER”
Not for one second does it cross the minds of these dummies to question the statistics. Not for one minute do they question their right interfere in people’s lifestyle choices. Thus, it is clear that politicians have no idea what they are doing. They do not realise that they are receiving PROPAGANDA based upon the tobacco template. They stupidly blunder into legislation on the basis of propaganda.
